This is great - use it in the shower but due to the extending handle, it will be great for cleaning windows too. very happy. hangs nicely in the shower.
The poor elastic leaves marks on the glass, but overall it's actually quite good and convenient.
The quality is very good. The handle has a rubber coating, not slippery. The rubber insert for water is soft. I think it will be nice to use with water.

The elastic band is a bit stiff and doesn't collect water very well. The telescopic handle is very convenient; it's long enough so you don't have to bend over. Hanging it on the wall is also very convenient.

It works very well. But the handle is a bit difficult to hold.. it slips a little and doing a big window is tiring on the wrist.

Damages and issues

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
